Accountant (m/f/x) E-Commerce (part-time)
As an accountant (m/f/x) e-commerce at greenyogashop, you occupy a central position in the company. In addition to carrying out operational tasks such as regular accounting or the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, you are also responsible for further developing and optimizing the existing internal accounting processes and work directly with the management.

Your tasks:

• Full responsibility for regular accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Review, allocation and posting of current business transactions
• Account reconciliation and dunning
• Cross-departmental tasks and projects in the areas of accounting and human resources
• Implementation of the advance VAT return for Germany and preparation of the VAT returns for the European countries
• Implementation of the OSS report
• Preparation and submission of Intastat reports and summary reports
• Provision and preparation of control reports
• Close cooperation with our tax advisor
• Optimization of internal billing and accounting processes

Our requirements:

• Completed vocational training as an accountant and/or several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Experience in e-commerce and marketplace billing (especially Amazon)
• Experience in dealing with DATEV
• Independent, solution-oriented and self-responsible way of working
• Proficient use of PC and Internet
• Attention to detail combined with the ability to find pragmatic solutions
• Enjoyment of teamwork, resilience, willingness to perform and flexibility
