With premium shipping, we guarantee priority processing of your order. If your order is received by 2 p.m., it will be shipped the same day, otherwise on the next working day (Mon-Fri). Delivery is usually made with DHL Standard, including Saturdays. Please note that we have no influence on DHL's delivery times.

Questions about shipping
CAN I HAVE DELIVERY TO A PACKSTATION?
Yes. To do this, simply enter your Packstation and postal number (DHL customer number) as well as the postcode of your Packstation in the address field. You can find detailed instructions here. Please note that yoga mats are often too large for Packstations and may not be able to be delivered. When ordering yoga mats, we recommend that you do not use a Packstation.
How do I find out the current status of my order?
After your order you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking link to track your shipment.
Can I change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed.
What if my country is not listed as a delivery option?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the countries listed above. However, you are welcome to write to customer service at info@greenyogashop.de and suggest a new delivery country. We will then check this.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY?
If you have not received a DHL tracking link, or the DHL tracking shows that the package is stuck or damaged, please contact our customer service at info@greenyogashop.com.
In the rare case of an incorrect delivery, please also email our customer service.
Do you have environmentally friendly shipping solutions?
For your order, we use environmentally friendly boxes made from waste paper, thinning and broken wood, and grass; existing resources are used to produce these boxes. All raw materials also come from Germany.
Why are some products still packaged in plastic?
In order to protect the goods from dirt and damage during storage and shipping, most manufacturers still ship their goods - especially clothing - in PET bags. Repackaging already packed goods makes no sense to us, as this would be an unnecessary waste of both the PET bags and other packaging material. Therefore, some items are still delivered in plastic bags.
Some suppliers are already working with alternatives to PET bags, e.g. bags made of biodegradable corn foil. In many cases, these serve their purpose and are becoming increasingly popular. We are pleased that we are already working with manufacturers who can partially do without plastic in the packaging of their products, such as ARMEDANGELS, JadeYoga or Manduka.
Despite everything, plastic has one good side: if it is disposed of correctly, it is very easy to recycle. Plastic packaging that is put in the yellow bin can be completely recycled. The problem is more the plastic that is disposed of in normal household waste. If you put packaging in the yellow bin instead of in the residual waste, you too can contribute in your own way to reducing plastic waste and thus to a greener world in the long term.
